Terms of Service

Effective 8 August 2026 · Parking Solver — parking.archsolver.com

These terms govern the Parking Solver plugin for Rhinoceros 3D / Grasshopper, the Parking Solver viewer, and the website parking.archsolver.com, all provided by SOLO Software and Architecture Solutions LTDA ("SOLO", "we") — the team behind the Solo suite and Urban Solo. By installing the plugin, buying a license or using the site, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

1. The license

2. What you may not do

You may not: share, resell, sublicense or publish your license key; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the plugin's or viewer's source code, algorithms or security controls (except to the extent mandatory law permits); bypass or tamper with license validation, entitlement or billing mechanisms; use the software to break the law; or impersonate SOLO or its team.

3. Your designs are yours

Everything you create with Parking Solver — boundaries, solves, layouts, baked geometry, .pks exports, drawings derived from them — is yours. We claim no rights over your project data, and the plugin does not upload it (see the Privacy Policy). The software itself — the plugin, the viewer, this site, their code, interfaces, icons, documentation and trademarks — remains the property of SOLO and its licensors, protected by intellectual-property law.

4. Price and billing

5. Honest limits: what the solver's output is

Parking Solver produces design-support output: generated layouts, counts, areas and simulations that help you design faster. It is not legal, engineering or code-compliance advice. Parking regulations — stall dimensions, accessible-stall ratios, aisle widths, fire access, drainage — vary by jurisdiction and change over time. You are responsible for validating every layout against the codes that govern your project and for obtaining review by qualified professionals before anything is built.

6. Warranty and liability

The software and the site are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free output. To the maximum extent the law permits, SOLO's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the software or these terms is limited to the license fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Termination

You can stop using the software at any time. We may suspend or terminate a license that materially breaches these terms — key sharing and license-circumvention are the obvious cases — after notice where practicable. Sections 3, 5, 6, 8 and 9 survive termination.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The effective date above will change, and significant changes will be notified to license holders by email before they apply to them. The current version always lives at parking.archsolver.com/terms-of-service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Forum: the courts of Joinville, Santa Catarina, Brazil — unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise. If any clause of these terms is held invalid, the rest remains in force; these terms are the entire agreement between us about Parking Solver.
